OMG, Shropshire Blue, now thats wonderful cheese!
Has to be a very good strong crumbly cheddar. The sort that makes your mouth go slightly funny when you eat it. Yum yum.
must stop off in the cheese shop on the way home from work later…..
Caerphily is so good but hard to find a good one Roquefort Strong Cheddar
God I dont think I have ever had a cheese I have hated, just love chewy milk
Taleggio / Fontina / Gorgonzola Piccante / Chaource – Creamy lushness
Vacherin (Mont d’Or), epoisse (when rank & runny), good stilton & cheddar
I make cheese from time to time – best results from a Cheshire-type, matured for 6 months or so.
Roquefort otherwise…
1. Dolcelatte 2. Danish Blue 3. Gorgonzola 4. Stilton 5. Breath mints… 🙁
