Fell off it last night, chasing a better time. Lost the front wheel on a slimey corner and went down so quick didn’t get time to take my hands off the handlebars let alone get my feet unclipped. Luckily my hips have plenty of built in padding and other than a small bruise I am surprisingly unhurt. The car driver behind me must have had a bit of a shock as he swerved around me whilst I was lying in the road!
