Endura jacket sizing?

Hi all Im looking at an endura gridlock jacket and was just wondering what the sizing is like as Ive heard endura is a bit hit and miss with sizes.

I am a 46″ chest so fall straight in the middle of the xl recommendation on the Endura site?

Do any of you have an endura jacket and can tell me what size you wear comapred to the sizing guide !!

As a guide I had a xxl altura nightvision jacket which was like a sail on me!! even though it was the recommeded size?

Endura sizing = random.

I wouldn’t even expect one endura jacket to match another of the same model.

Im sure that my local shop doesn’t sell endura though so can’t try any on!!

Mine is the size it said it was for a stealth
As i am small i cannot really help re larger sizes but not noticed anything odd size wise

My Stealth is a large, as is my Gore Phantom and Altura Attck

I have a gridlock in large and usually have a 40-42″ chest. It fits fine and if anything is a little lose

I think of myself as a medium. I’m in the middle of the Endura size chart for medium. I have a medium Endura Convert. It fits perfectly.

Cool maybe they are on top of the sizing now!!

Going to take the plunge!!

I’ve got a small Helium jacket and its a perfect fit but i also have a small Windchill jacket and it’s a lot smaller than i was expecting…i feel like i’m walking round in a wet suit.

Got a medium Windchill which fits quite snug and I’m 39″ chest…but it is supposed to be more ‘roadie’ anyway.
