As production’s almost complete, we thought you’d appreciate an update: the Singletrack watches should be delivered to us next month, assuming all goes to plan.
We are still seeing delays in manufacturing and transportation so this might still move unfortunately but we’ll keep you updated with a firm delivery date as soon as we have one.Below is a quick iPhone snap of the caseback just to give you an idea of how the caseback will look.
</td>As soon as they’re delivered to us here, we’ll drop everything and start sending them out in order sequence, with earlier orders being delivered first. We’ve got some admin to do once they’re delivered but it should only take us a few days to deliver them all.
If you’ve moved house since you placed your order and haven’t already told us, please </u><u>let us know</u>.
As soon as your watch is packed and ready for despatch, you’ll get a confirmation email from our system and then an email from DPD once it enters their system so that you can track it along the way. DPD will provide you with an hour time slot so you know exactly when to expect delivery, and you can arrange re-delivery etc via the same email if you need to.
<u>The DPD tracking number will go live the morning after the confirmation email</u>, once the parcel has been collected and has been received at DPD’s hub.
If your watch is being delivered overseas, delivery will be via DHL who will also provide a tracking number as soon as the parcel enters their system.
