the break is at a low-stress point in the structure, I might give that a go, fancied some CF forks for a while.

What, right up from the caliper mounting point? Yeah good luck with that one al.
I’d book your dental appointment now as they’re quite busy at this time of year.

That’s right, it would be completely impossible to fix, no matter how much CF one used. Do you even think before you post?

Ye know I was gonna make a comment about the haterz 🙄

I too have some CF and a bit of West epoxy doing nowt in the Garrage at the minute…
But I think I’d pass on this particular project, the damage will be spread far further than just the breaking point, the whole left leg will be a spiders web of fractures, and I doubt the right leg is completely intact….

    Good luck though…

I don’t know what’s more ludicrous, the ebay ad or some of the posts on here.

If you were being sarcastic, i’d suggest a smilie would help get your sentiment across. Rather than being all patronising in response to my post.

Cynic-al, if she doesn’t she certainly would have done post party. RRRRrip 😯

Now now lads, less of the hate. I wanna see the repair job on these badboys. Hell, strap a scantily clad girl onto the right leg while you’re at it (we wouldn’t want brake interference would we?).

I think it’s quite good that the seller has thought to recycle these.
I can’t think of a use right now, but fair do’s I say.

They could be used for some kind of bike-related art, or something like that.

Perfectly repairable but I’m not sure I’d bother considering the Exotics are pretty cheap in working condition…

It’s more of a learning experience/project than an economic one clubber.

Mind you I could always sell them on here after 😀

Im still struggling to understand whether you are actually serious about getting the forks to repair them yourself, or if you’re taking the piss.

    cynic-al

    I yam 100% serious.

    Why wouldn’t I be?

huge picture of practically naked lady.

There is nothing pratical in the way she is naked. Taking those pants off will be a mood killer.
