    Advice needed on a front mech for Cotic frame please.
    The conventional type seems to fit between the bottle cage mounts on
    the seat tube ? Is this normal – meaning the cage mounts cannot be used.
    It’s a large frame and XTR M971.

    1. Normal for a conventional mech.
    2. A few washers will space a bottle cage away from the mech band.
    3. Time for a Camelbak ?
