I went out in the cold(5deg) and wet to check next weekends route for Rolands/Oldfarts birthday bash. We had some rain but strangely the sun came out on all the climbs and for our short grub stop. The route works ok and has lots of classic Qs stuff. Big climbs, water splash combes and lovely single track. It is very wet up there but no need for mud tyres. Comments ?

Up somerton/stert is actually a nice climb out , much easier than ladys combe. And anyway that hooks up with higher hare knap for the last dh bit.
