    What size chainring bolt do I need for a double ring (2×9) setup? The crc website isn’t helping me!

    Granny ring = standard inner ring ones as nothing has changed
    Middle = short chainring bolts as your only bolting through one chainring and not the middle & outer anymore

    Hi, just done a similar conversion (36t middle and 22t granny, ditched the outer). Bought some single ring chain bolts but still had to file them down. However it may depend on your crankset and chain rings.
