Carpets….Independent guy or national chain

Which would you prefer for house carpet and fitting?

Personally I’d go with a narrow wide enduro carpet, made from carbon fibre.

Try Acme Carpets. Ask for Thursday, if she’s in.

Always a local independent for me. But not a roll end foam backed merchant. If they fit karndean it’s a good sign.

We just bought from local chap – half the price of carpetright, for a marginally heavier weight wool carpet made in UK.
The fitting thrn cost a flat £40 a room.
We also bought smaller rooms as offcuts from Burts Carpets. Really cheap, fast delivery.
