Can i use Bontrager Wheels and Stans tyre sealer.

Can i use Bontrager Racelite Wheels which come with UST rim strips and then fit my orginal Panaracer rampage NON UST tyres and seal them with Stans Tyre Sealant or do i need to go for the full no-tubes kit with Stans rim strips?
