For all you pineapple haters, Jules Winnfield is coming to get you.

Mmm… fried pineapple.

Nothing against pineapple, fried pineapple is delicious. But, pineapple doesn’t belong in a burger. A burger is a meat sandwich. You wouldn’t put meat in a jam sandwich, would you? Why would you put fruit in a meat sandwich? What are we going to see next, bacon sprinkles in fruit salad?

They’ll be putting apple sauce with pork next!

Or cranberry with turkey.

Or duck with orange.

Or lamb with redcurrant.

Beef with pineapple is clearly the logical extension.

This is the best burger I have ever tasted…

It’s called the Odd Future and, as I discovered last night, is sadly discontinued.

Everyone is different for me, but I do like Marmalade as a binder or Marmite! The latter is a tad…..well Marmite for some, but does work, for me at least.
