Biking and where to stay in Tenerife ?

Going to Tenerife for a week at the beginning of March.
Planning on taking the bikes with us. Does anybody have any recomendations on which area to head for, both for a good place to stay and good biking ?
Will probably hire a car too, so driving to trails won’t be a problem.
Hoping to find somewhere fairly quiet to stay, but a few bars and places to eat would be good !
May also take climbing kit…. any good crags ?

Depends what you like to ride, been a few post recently about Tenerife, if you are DH/Freeride orientated then you can’t go wrong HERE 8)

Just had an e-mail from them and they should have an English version of their site up shortly. Not been myself so can’t comment on how good it is from personal experience but the ‘word on the street’ seems favourable.
