Bike Maintenance

Hi all I’m new to the forum. I’m currently a student at the University of Salford studying Product Design. My current assignment is bicycle maintenance I have done a questionnaire and if you have a spare 5 mins would it be possible for you to fill it out.

How often do you service your bike? What methods/ tools do you use?

What analysis can you possibly do based on that VERY open question?

Done but I have to agree, they are not well constructed questions. I don’t think you are going to be able to analyse the answers easily.

Thanks for the responses, I appreciate the comments on the questions. They are open at this point of research to get a wider range of answers. Then the common results will be taken forwards to research in more depth.
