Big up to COTIC Warranty

I know everyone here already loves cotic’s, but for those who are unsure:

Snapped my Hemlock Seatstay two weeks ago… Quick mail to Cy and 5 days later I have shiny new one on the doorstep. 1st class customer service and aftercare!

My mate did the same to his tracer vp and it took Intense 6 weeks and £40 postage to sort him out!

For me it was an unwarranty- mine would have been out of warranty even if I was the first owner, but I got it used. And I was quite honest with them that I broke it on an uplift day at fort william. So 3 different reasons they could legitimately have said bugger off… Yet when I phoned up to ask how much it’d be to buy a replacement part, they wouldn’t hear of it and express couriered me out a replacement for free- had it the next day. That’s just ridiculously good tbh.
