just got my forks back from service & putting my brakes back on – whats the easiest way to set em up?

Loosen caliper/adapter bolts, apply brakes and, whilst holding brakes on, re-tighten bolts.

As above, then check that both pads are sitting absolutely square to the disc and hitting it at exactly the same time as each other, the chances are that you’ll have to slacken the bolts back off a little and shift the caliper to get it right, takes a bit of fiddling but definitely worth the effort. Also, if the caliper needs twisting to achieve perfect pad contact then a 7mm spanner on the flat by the mounting bolt helps to apply a controlled amountof leverage.

check out YouTube, I think Sram have some stuff on there that gives guidance. There is a BB7 clip that shows how to put the caliper on and use the tri align bolts. It’s basically what Nukeproff said above.
