@GrahamS I don’t care about Samsung either, I don’t play this #TeamApple or #TeamAndriod evangelical bullshit. You don’t have to pick a side you know.
Seriously? #TeamAndroid? They don’t have a team, everyone’s too embarassed to say they own one. The same goes for PC users. They all pretend not to care; “yeh, it’s just a PC”
Us Apple users are proud to use products from one of the coolest and edgiest companies around. Their stuff “just works” – try it, it’ll change your life.
Do you think just because I don’t wear iBlinkers I don’t use their products? I’ve got an iPhone 6, I’ve had a few others Apple things over the years, they’ve often pretty good, but I refuse to think it’s anymore than it is. a soulless lump of plastic and metal I used to contact people – there are other products that work just as well and there very few tangible aspects of it which are unique, I also accept a lot of the cost of it was to pay for marketing and not R&D and manufacturing.
When you start buying into the happy-clapping and cheering for a manufacturer you’re setting yourselves up to be a mug. They’re not “cool” or “Edgy” in fact they are the carefully managed, consumer feedback data lead epitome of cynical marketing. The information they put out, especially their product launch events are carefully created to tell consumers exactly what they think will sell the most things, nothing more and nothing less. That doesn’t make them unique of course, but if you take pride in someone else’s work you’ve lost your way.
