So after 8 years we finally have the house how we want it. At this point the other half has decided we now have to move. Apparently living next to a bike park shouldn’t be one of my life goals 😀

House will be going up on the market soon for around £109k it’s less than a 20 second downhill ride until you’re at the top of the Clayton Vale red run. Clayton vale has 12km’s of Black, Red and Blues runs. I ride it almost everyday. The National Cycle Center and bike shop are a 5 minute pedal away. This really is a bike lovers dream house.

Anyone looking to move…. anyone looking to trick their other half into living next to a bike park? 😉 Drop me a message below for more details.

You’re not wrong, got drive way to, semi detached on a quiet crescent street.

It’s just a very cheap area, North Manc has always been cheaper. I love living here but our work is in South Manchester so moving down that way will save a huge commute for both of us. I don’t really want to leave the bike park but I’ve been putting her off for the last two years and she’s finally won.

Looks great and sounds excellent value so glwts. I know it’s not easy but I think you’ll sell it better if you don’t volunteer that it’s in Manchester ;).

Only about 10p each. In fact SingleTrack should buy it and raffle it off.

Good idea – £100 each, just over a thousand people needed and the winner gets a house! 😆

Looks lovely, now you’ll excuse me whilst I sob in the corner about the house we’re rented from next month – that we can’t afford to buy it because somehow a normal 3-bed semi, in a normal street, far from that there London is worth £400k

Genuinely, I can’t believe how cheap that house is

That house in a similar location around Southampton would be at least double.

It’s a shame that houses don’t cost that much round me, but there’s too much demand (I’m in North London)

That sort of price means people who don’t earn a lot can afford their own house, it’s not really possible round here without a deposit worth the best part of half that house

    Looks a nice house mate

Should point out it’s a new kitchen and had a new roof last year.

That buys a garage where I live with my partner, and a rather poor one bedroom flat in the town where I work and have my house.

    Nice job you’ve done btw

Very nicely done. That should help the sale. Best of luck
