Any ideas for trail runs in Torridon and Fisherfield?

I have a real want to do some trail running in Torridon and Fisherfield this week. Could probably do a couple of routes upto 20 miles or so.

Any ideas?

Don’t worry, I’ll also be taking my bike and riding that at times too.

The mountain bike loops or variations thereof would all make good runs. Running round Liathach is also beautiful. Just get the OS and make something up. In that area if a track is shown on the map it usually exists on the ground too. Its not like biking where you need it to be of rideable quality.

Some walks in the area below, maybe something suitable in amongst them?
