Just about to order a custom disc frame, but am in a quandry over the colour. Mulling a mix of Swedish flag-y blue and yellow. Or Jaws poster sea blue, white and red. Any other winning combos?

    If you google

    Talbot-Frameworks-custom-Columbus-steel-race-frame-in-aid-of-Rob-English

You’ll find a picture of something lovely in a very nice blue/grey.

Sad to hear of Rob English’s accident. Sounds like he’s in a bad way.

The new team bikes, being stainless steel, are mostly bare metal now…

here’s my lady in yellow, she gets everyone’s attention. 🙂

Love the red and yellow Raleigh. Was that a respray?

Keen on the different coloured seat stays on the Feather too (quite common on forks too). I know that it’s a design trope now, but it looks soooo good.

Very dark blue metallic and white with yellow highlights:

here is my rather yellow ‘nago’ – i think yellow works well with complimentary components in black.

Thanks. Took me a few iterations to get it how I wanted it, and the chainset in that (2011) photo was temporary after I’d snapped one of my Tune crank arms! Carbon wheels and cranks on it now…in fact just got back from 15 miles on it to the seaside for an ice cream during my lunch break. Ace bike, shame Serotta are no more.

Red, white and blue you say.

Alternatively, there is always just a nice metallic blue.

    Or just plain black.

Another nice metallic blue on the Basso too. Thinking a main colour like that may be the way forward.
Thanks for all the suggestions so far, beautiful bikes!
