Be careful out there, I’m floored by 2 pints of real ale but I can sleep right through.. If I have Red Wine, say two glasses, I’m awake by 4am for about an hour then back off to sleep.. I’ve stopped drinking Red Wine during the week now, I’ll hack off a couple of real ales quite happily mind and I have the odd G&T too.
I’d suggest there is a correlation of the amount of riding/excersie you do without letting your body replenish it’s self with “good stuff” and substituting that “good stuff” with beer, not that beer isn’t “good stuff” but not in the freerange spectrum 😆
Or of course ride more and totally knacker yourself and give up beer, your choice 😉
