Can people recommend me frames for a CX bike?

I was at a coaching day on Sunday and realised how much easier it was to shoulder the coaches CX bike than mine. Partly down to weight, partly down to shape of the top tube.

Looking for carbon fibre (or a very light frame) with the ability to take cantilever and disc brakes (will stick to cantilever for the time being, but may change to disc at some point).

Or failing just a frame a full carbon fibre cross bike equipped with Campag.

The columbus carbon frames from Paul Milnes cycles are very good. Also check out Zepnat cycles and Fossa frames.

i am not sure carbon is essential, I have raced a alu Empella for years and it’s fantastic, and very light. Can get these frames for you if you want.

    Thanks guys.

I have a crosslight 4 already, I went from carrying mine to carrying a national champs bike at the weekend and now I know what I’d prefer! His was just so much more comfortable.

I’ve considered the Burls in the past too.

Will take a look at Milnes and Zepnat.
