ive had a look and maybe my google-fu is weak, but i cant find any anywhere.

i half expect to hear that they were a halfway house and i’m the only person in the country/world who wants them.

but my old faithful spring/autumn commute lycra DHB 3/4 Bib tights are well past their best and i would like to replace them..

    any suggestions gratefully recieved.

Galibier Pave. I bought some earlier this year and they are lovely. There was a mix-up with my order as they sent out XL instead of Medium. A quick email and they were happy to send out the correct size before I’d sent back the wrong ones.

My endura pair lasted ages. As in from 1997 to now

The pad died after 5 years, but the tights live on with padded shorts underneath.

Mostly they have been replaced by castelli perffeto tights which are outrageously expensive but bought in sales.

    So endura or castelli perfetto

Rapha are my go to. Have two pairs and love them. Mix with long socks when it gets cold. Usually available on sale and brought back after a couple of years hiatus. Only XL available at the moment.

might treat myself to some Assos n the sales. They are never big sellers.

Galibier ones for me too, just got a pair for my birthday but haven’t worn them on a ride yet due to the mild weather, but all their other kit is top notch and reasonably priced so I have no hesitation in recommending.

Endura FS260 thermal. Comfy, long lasting, perfect for vast majority of weather in the UK.

I’d second Rapha.  I have 4 pairs in two styles which in the fleece lined version I use all through the winter.  The others in the autumn.  Great fit, comfort and long lasting.

Another Rapha vote, I love mine, definitely purchased during a sale.

My galibier ones are superb. I’m wearing them out so I’ve asked Santa for a new pair.

I have quite a lot of Rapha kit, however it is of note that their current range doesn’t include any 3/4 bib shorts…

I was looking a month or so back for a pair, ended up with Endura FS260 ones which so far are great.

I’ve just ordered these after buying a pair of their regular shorts earlier this year.

British made, true to size, much prefer them over much more expensive premium cycle shorts!

(Edit, apologies, just realised you were asking for 3/4 bibs not 3/4 shorts, but I’ll leave the link up as a plug anyway!)

My go to are Headley 3/4 bibs from Sportpursuit’s house brand Rivelo – https://www.sportpursuit.com/catalog/product/view/id/843962

Good quality, hardwearing and great value.

A bit like the OP, when I was looking a month or two ago I could find very little too.

Bought Gore C3’s, on offer thru Amazon for less than £70.

The pad isn’t as good as my Castelli bib-short pads but it’s decent enough.

The road ride I did on Saturday convinced me that I need a bit more ‘coverage’, so gone for Castelli Tutto Nano full length.

Madison are decent enough quality and often very good value.

I’ve got a lightly used pair to flog if you’re a normal (not conti) medium.
