For everyday riding clothes, no frills and readily available

Not decathlon as stock isn’t great in ours at the minute

Depending what sort of kit you’re looking for but I’ve always found FDX good quality, comfortable, and very good price.

DHB isn’t budget, or at least it’s not only budget. Their top of the range stuff was superb, on a par with anyone else’s.  I got a £150 jersey for £15 in the sale and it’s remarkable.  I hope the manufacturers can find another way to sell it to us.

I’d have said Decathlon, but ours is pretty rubbish on stock also.   I’ve picked up some good bargains on Altura and Endura occasionally, and PX’s Carnac bib shorts are good

Madison is a good shout. Galibier also pretty good on the value/performance scale

Spada. Pretty impressed with their kit. Trousers are tight at the ankles, other than that, cannot fault them.

Sorry, been busy pretending to work ;o)

I find their sizing isn’t too bad. I’m a large for most normal clothing these days and find their Xlarge jerseys and large shorts a really good fit. TBH I’ve not tried the MTB specific stuff but find the jerseys a nice close fit without being overly tight, just comfortably snug. Their 3/4 length shorts are really comfortable under baggies, especially if the air is getting a bit chillier, but I wear them all year. The padding is comfortable (for me) too.

I’m not riding much a the moment but use an FDX thermal long sleeve jersey for my early morning runs at the moment and it’s great for that too, with no other layers needed at the moment.

I’ve ordered a couple of gilets in different sizes too choose, Amazon cheaper than their website!
