But applies to any data subject who is in the EU though if the data is going to be used to identify and prosecute those who are openly approving violence etc. you could probably make a case for processing the data under 3 bases:

– processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject;
– processing is necessary in order to protect the vital interests of the data subject or of another natural person;
– processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller;

I think you could make the case that being Melania is more repugnant than being Donald. You could argue he can’t help being who he is, an unhinged sociopath. She however made the conscious decision to attach herself to him and by default everything he is and stands for. They already did the White House Pardon thing on Parler, the people who provided their info were not happy when they found out it was being sent straight to the FBI.

That side of thing reminds me 100% of people who get caught by speeding cameras- it’s never their fault, it’s always the camera.
