    Check with manufacturer?

Most bike bits come with instructions for torque but you can always check websites e.g. race face used to have some good pdfs.

I just follow the individual manufacturers recommendations which can often be found on their websites.

Or here is a link to the Park Tools recommendations which will give you an idea: Park Tools

The Park Tools use in/lb rather than the ‘nm’ settings that are usually quoted by the manufacturers.

I’d ask my local Commencal dealer or e-mail the manufacturer direct.
