theres no difference between a mobile phone number or landline number format so you never know which type of phone you’re calling so there’s no rate difference between them.
Gosh. I haven’t seen a mobile plan which charged for ‘minutes’ differently for calls to mobiles in years if not decades. The provider I’m with, their base price is £6/month and includes unlimited voice and text.
Your group chats are notified when you change phone numbers regardless of whether you choose to notify your contacts.
I am the only one which thinks this could be problematic for some people eg those suffering from domestic abuse or bullying (not including me, I hasten to add!) Or is the answer to remove yourself from groups before processing the phone number change?
