Specialized!
For their helmet replacement policy. Broke mine last sunday, phoned them Monday, spoke to a very helpful lady who went through the replacement options (my helmet model was superceded), posted it to them Monday, had a call from them on Tuesday for payment details (approx 40% of RRP), new helmet arrives Wednesday! Nice one Specialized guys, and thanks for saving my bonce!
2nd place goes to Lumicycle. I sent them my 4 year old battery pack as it was not charging, and they serviced the batteries so all working good as new again now. I had visions of it being written off due to age (its been faultless for 4 years which is bloody excellent imo)and having to buy a new light, but no it cost me just £11. They would have had joint first but they forgot to send my charger back and I had to phone them, but hey ho.
So no Blue Monday here, just happy vibes to Specialized and Lumicycle 🙂
