Superstar Switch Hubs Bearing change?

After 2 years of pounding, the bearings in my front switch hub have developed some play. Trouble is for the life of me I cannot work out how to get the buggers out. I heard a rumour that SS send out an isntruction sheet, but no response from those expert communicators as yet.. Does anyone have the isntructions sheet, or better yet actual experience of removing them? And what bearings are they?

Sent you an email – it’s pretty easy to do, follow the instructions and you should be fine. Otherwise, I believe you can send the wheels to Superstar and they’ll do it but obviously it’d be more expensive.
