Pace circa 15-16mph, cake compulsory, plenty of train stations en-route to pick up anyone struggling and it’s an out and back route so if you’ve got a GPS you can peel off at any point and retrace your steps, sexy-partying optional and best saved until Phils ride next weekend :p

I’m going to have to cry off I’m affraid, my knee made a nasty crunching noice yesterday and swelled up, so even if the swelling goes down by the 12th I dont think I’ll have the fitness and don’t particulalty want to subject it to 104 miles if it’s not 100%.
