The above mentioned “dremel” thing works. Risk is high so. Risk for grinding the aluminium frame….
I used – veeery carefully – the dremel thing. You need excellent light and some vacuum to get rid of the dust. Stop and grind, stop and grind… In my case the stuck outer race suddenly came loose.
If this doesn’t happen: very, very carefully start heating the aluminium frame with a heat gun. Be carefully not to burn the paint so. Aluminium expands much more than the bearing outer race steel ring.
In the end when putting new bearings in again: use some of this evil “anti seize” stuff. Aluminiu and steel and water is a bad mixture in the long run. The anti seize stuff works great to prevent the “battery” thing.
