Strada Wheels – still trading??

Anyone know if these guys have stopped operating or anything?:

Ordered wheels from the 2 weeks ago – marked as in stock – “Ready to ship TODAY”. Money taken from card and an email confirmation of the order.

After a week or so I replied to the confirmation and after a day I got the following message in GMail:

There was a temporary problem delivering your message to info@www.stradawheels.co.uk. Gmail will retry for 19 more hours. You’ll be notified if the delivery fails permanently.

Filled out an enquiry form on the website – no reply
Phoned them a number of times yesterday and today – phone just rings out.

Slightly worried about my payment now (luckily paid on credit card).

I used them last year for a wheel build and great service.
Just try ringing Darren agian as last time we spoke in august they were flat out busy.

Tried calling again yesterday morning and Darren answered. Looks like they have some technical issues with receiving emails in particular.

The delay is with receiving the tyres I ordered with the wheels – the new GP5000s are arriving slowly apparently.

Should ship next week – and yes, they are flat out busy!

Always had good service from Strada, glad they’re still going! Bought a pair of extravagant wheels for the commute s/speed. Got one ride out of them before lockdown, and only just back on them again. Lovely things and great service.

Definitely still building wheels saw them last week.
butbthey are flat out building wheels and bad timing for you both catching up with a little time off.
nutbback to it this week at full pace.
