SS will get you fit, but will get you fit for SS. Gears will make better use of your time, and will get you more fit, however SS will teach you determination and balance. 🙂

Cham is nice and easy to convert to and from SS. will take a 100-140mm fork comfortably

Cove Sanchez might be worth a look. Well the previous model. 7lbs frame but bullet proof and the option to fit gears. 130mm max travel fork. Dirt jump geometry. I do like mine.

If only mike would make another few alpines with ebb…
