Here is my XTC on top of Holmbury Hill. I am feeling a bit sad cos the frame has a small crack and is being replaced by Giant with a new frame, so won't look the same when I am getting it back from bike shop on Friday 😥
But it will be like having a new bike though 😀

And here is my son's XTC built with things from my spares box, a couple of things from the classifieds and some internet shopping.

Your son's Giant look's good, I built this up (Red one) for my youngest from bits and pieces from the spares box etc. The choc brown one pictured is my eldest lads.

Here's my new one. I haven't weighed it, but I'd guess at "around 23lbs" in this fairly tough trail build.

More up to date picture. Mid 20s weight wise.
