Shimano Front Mech Oval Insert

Does anyone know where I get hold of the little silver oval inserts that come with Shimano E-type front mechs? I missing one and without it I can’t stop the mech from dropping on the screw.

Madison part no.5K4 9802, in stock, so available from your LBS, but unfortunately only as a kit of bolts, nuts and spacers at £6.99.

Woolly Hat Shop are doing new 9-speed LX e-type front mechs for £10 delivered.

Go get one and use the bits.

Thanks All – first port of call this morning is my LBS for the nut, failing that it will be “all-in” on another new mech as the sun is shining and I want to ride!
