The EA90 post is seized on my Blur, and whilst I don't move it often, the pollished allow crown is coming unbonded from the shaft, so I can't lever it loose with the saddle or clamp the crown up in a vice.

What's the best method? Upside down and penetrating oil in through the BB?

If you're resigned to losign the post then I'd try a pair of Mole Grips around the shaft and use those to try and rotate it.

also, you might be better to take the seatclamp out the way and make a 'cup' of plasticine around the top of the post and the split and put the penetrating oil in there – it'll get into the gap far more than just randomly squirting it in from the other end.

Drill a hole through the post, but a bar through and use as leverage.
