I’m getting sick of Clif, Trek, Torq bars etc on epic rides – too sickly sweet after awhile. Is there a savoury alternative I could mix them up with? 😕

Not very portable in the rucksack, and that sort of stuff wrecks me with heartburn, after something a little more wholesome, low fat high carb 😆

Mini pork pies are the perfect size for a back pocket, fairly resilient to bashes and taste de-lish. Proper sports nutrition 😀

I generally take whatever MrsB feels has sat in the fridge to long and needs eating, subsequently last weekend I ended up with a sainsburys selection pack of vegetable indian snacks, which were surprisingly enjoyable and the packaging did a good job of holding them together. My body is a temple 😳

I eat loads of nuts when riding. Compact and loads of energy.
