RS Recon Lower leg removal

Hi all,
So Im looking at the vid from sram of lower leg removal to remove the spacers from my fork and get the full 130mm travel, but Im confused after reading the tech manual. Im fine with the removal and refitting, but the chart on the manual seems to indicate there is 120ml of 5wt fork oil in the upper leg, and then 15ml of 15wt oil in the lower leg. But the instructions and the vid just show filling oil into the legs via the main bolt holes of the lower legs. So where should I be putting this upper leg oil??

thats in the rebound chamber.it will still be in there.
