if nobody volunteers… then it’ll be me leading a second slow group a minute or two behind CG’s group…. following the same route, if we end up loosing CG’s group i’ll have to fumble something together!

I hope you don’t mind, I would like join you this Sunday. On on the slow/very slow pace following a 9 month lay off with a knee injury.

How is the “slow” group going to work – is it “pedal slowly and then sick to the max on the fun bits” or is it “pedal quickly then drag brakes down the fun bits”? 😉

i’ve gaffa taped my back brake on already in preparation for the slow group if that helps SamB 😆

slow group will be slow, i might suggest the medium group if you want to tear it on the singletrack but relax a bit elsewhere… each group should go as fast as the slowest person in that group.

Anyone want to know what tyres for Swinley? 😉
