Saw this and thought it looked like a good deal, but only can see reviews from the across the Atlantic. Rocky mountain used to be a premium brand with fancy frame paint finishes but not so sure if they’re as ‘premium’ anymore other than their retail price. I’ve not heard of the motor before either, interesting that it drives via the high pivot jockey wheel.

Anyone have any experience of this bike or motor/battery?

Only fleetingly when someone had lost their chain and i had to remove his chain and re-route it… It was a little weird. He seemed to love the bike.

My only slight issue with my RM was that the UK dealers carry very little in the way of spares/parts and it took 3 weeks to get it from Canada.

Rock Mountain are great bikes in our experience, well designed, well made. Worth a premium price.

That said, I agree on lack of spares and suggest the premium asked is too high….

Pretty non-premium price on that there premium ebike though. I’d trawl the web for any warranty issues before taking the plunge.

There is a fairly active Rocky Mountain owners page on Facebook. Plenty of North Americans with e-bikes so could be worth joining and asking on there.

Indeed. RRP is premium. Paul’s Cycles a bargain.
