I might be wrong, but I strongly suspect this would be the treadmill equivalent of buying a £129.99 “mountain bike” from Sports Direct.

It looks like a horrible bit of junk. And only 12kph which is a steady jog at best, anyone remotely serious about running will be badly limited by that.
