PSA (slightly OT); Aldi 12V/230V Power Inverter

Looked into power inverters for SITS last year. Thought it might be handy to have for recharging lights and for any future ‘car camping’. Borrowed a spare battery so never bothered.

Stumbled across an Aldi special “Auto-XS Car power point” 12V/230V inverter with a max power output of 180 Watts. Seemed a bargain at £14.59. It has a USB socket, 3 pin plug, audible low charge alarm and auto cut off to stop you draining your battery.

Not tried it yet but seems solidly made and has a 3 year warranty.
