i purchased a pair of shoes for £250 but the code didn’t apply, i went through with the purchase anyway and then opened a chat window with eBay support, 58mins waiting time!? left the window open and after getting on with some work came back to computer and noticed that ‘JoeMabel’ had started a conversation. i replied, then nothing…. eventually they replied and:

all i did was say the code wouldn’t apply and could you please refund my paypal. i guess they are doing this to people who can be arsed to contact support.
