I’m fancying making one, but not being overly skilled at carpentry, can anyone point me in the direction of some plans for making a bulkhead for a Peugeot Expert? Or offer any tips??
    Thanks

Have you checked out ebay for one? There are always trafic/vivaro bulkheads on there from folk doing conversions.

Yeah looked on eBay but at £100 odd quid they’re probably abit more than I was looking to spend tbh.

I should add, the rest is ply lined already, it’s just a divider between the front and the loadspace I’m after knocking up

load of newspapers sellotaped together into a huge sheet, double or triple pages so they dont rip, then with a deft use of a scissors, you may need to ask an adult to do this for you,(they always said that on Blue peter) cut to shape or simply fold in to the shape of the van,or use a large tipped felt tiped pen to mark the outline, transfer to ply or mdf, and cut with jigsaw.

I’d try making someone an offer. I have one out of my trafic and I reckon it’s going to the scrapyard as no one actually buys them at £100.

try a scrap yard- (unless its a new shape expert) you should be able to find a van with either a ply or factory fitted metal bulkhead and take it out.

Powertools make all jobs easy. I just discovered the electric planer- now I will never make a straight or accurate cut ever again. Perfect tool for trial-and-error fitting.

I noted down my peugeot expert bulkhead measurements on my ramp before I removed it.`Will post them up later.

You lose about 10 cm load length.

Just grab a tape measure draw shape on paper and measure as many poi ts as you can. Redraw on ply or mdf and cut out
