    Want/need to do some stretching/core stability stuff but not got time to go to a class so fancy a DVD to do it at home.

    dvds are poor unless you have some experence…

    They have a new hour long class eveyday…the teachers aint half bad either 😉 and it is free. However… try to get to a class… much better…

    Not a recommendation as such but I’ve just bought Rodney Yee Am and PM via Amazon marketplace. Hasn’t arrived yet so I can’t comment but it’s got lots of positive reviews.

    You should really go to a class as has been said, you have the potential to do some serious damage if you do it wrong. Even if it’s only for a few classes, but getting corrections on what you are doing wrong is very important. There are lots of different types of yoga, so which video to recommend depends on what you’ll be doing in class. I can recommend yoga though, it’s really good..

    Lyn Robinson DVD’s are well regarded, but yeah an actual teacher will help you correct posture and the like.
