It's not much of a debate, just the three leaders making pre-scripted statements. It's like a tame version of question time.

Is the speech all out of synch? I've just seen the first 5 mins on BBC World in Germany – they seemed to tweak it (quite awkwardly) several times during Nick Clegg's opening statements, but it's still not right…
