I am 6 01 and ride an 18″ but run a 410mm thomson seatpost and like a smallish frame for the steep downhill and techie bits. If it were purely for XC I would probably go for a 20″ and run less seatpost. top tubes are long on them anyway which helps.

I’m 6’2″ and run a 20″, but have long legs – look at an 18″.

I’m 6’4″ and ride a 20″. If I was your height i’d be going for an 18″ but I also like my frames small (my other HT is 18″).

I really like mine. It does a bit of everything and works really well with travel adjustable forks. A very versatile bike if you get the build right. Climbs well and is magic on rough downhill trails. Jumps ok too for such a big frame.

What I don’t like is the high standover height on the 20″ frame, kinda gets in the way a bit. A lower top tube/brace like the soverign or alpine would be better and the paint finish isn’t great if that sort of thing bothers you.

For the money, you’d be hard pushed to find a better all round frame.

First ride today. Loved it. 6’2.5″, riding 20″ felt good to me, wouldn’t go smaller considering I had a lay back seat post on and a 65mm stem. Bars were a bit too wide and I need to cut down the brake hoses.

absolutly love it, such a playful frame, really flighty…. could not recommend them enough, such good value.

    6ft 1″ on a 20″ (Ti version)

Used to have an 18″ Inbred but it was too small for my legs.

If anyone can tell me how a Cotic Soul is £200 £300 better I would love to know.

Improvements on a 456 are priced on a logarithmic scale, but I still love my Soul!

No problem. They are long frames mind you. See if you can have a spin on one(no pun intended) before hand.

5’10” and a half (important half!) and ride a 16 inch. Only ridden it twice, but it seems fine. Never liked bikes that were too long in the TT anyway.
