    Maybe a warranty issue?
I m no expert but all my wheels are Hope hubs and never had an issue. If you’re a big guy maybe handbuilt is the best way to go.

Hope hoops or if you’re flush Crossmax ST’s, both are good..

Similar weight to yourself, I run Hope Hoops with Flows and they’re very good.
