mont ventoux… on a chopper

Theres a guy riding up mont ventoux on a raleigh chopper for charity today! Not sure if he’s made it to the top yet, bet the descent will be interesting.

I only rode a chopper once, back in the mid-seventies. I only managed 100 yards before falling off. I didn’t bother getting back on again!

That clip is the best thing I’ve seen on the net for a month. Brilliant.

Edit – now I’ve read the write up – what an achievement. Imagine going back to your mates and saying yeah I did ventoux but got passed by some bloke on a chopper!

one of my old school friends (our equivalent or roland browning) used to have stabilisers on his chopper, even when he was about 11.

Brilliant, what an achievement. He has a justgiving page, I don’t often donate to random charity type things but this is very deserving IMO.
