I bought a pair of 2017 Crossmax elite mtb shoes in a sale, used them 10 times and the last time as i went to undo them the ergo dial started to slip while undoing and then stuck

Seems to me to be a backward step compared to the old robust style ratchet design mavic shoes used to have for top enclosure

Same here – the lower ergo dial on my new Crossmax Pro’s will now only rotate half a turn from fully closed…..  awaiting a response from Mavic direct.

I’ve been hunting around on the web and have found some sites selling replacements – but not found any instructions on how to take em of and fit new ones.. – Anyone know where to look ?

Place i bought them from has asked me to send the shoes back to them to check if they can be warrantied
