Just did the red route in 2hrs 21 on my rigid singlespeed; What are the fast guys doing it in?

That means the training is paying off! Got to say my upper body suffered the last few miles on some of the rocky singletrack, especially my hands.

I had a whizz round in 1h42 last year, not been for 6 months now and hear that it has changed a bit at the end. Aiming to do a double red sometime soon just to see how knackering it is.

Radoggair- 1h 36 is impressive, can't see me matching that on a singlespeed.

Willsimmons – if you've got the time to do a double there was a sweet looking route in one of the magazines this month out of Dalby and over the moors to Robin Hoods bay and back, 53 miles total- if you fancy a day out drop me a line
